Daylight Savings Time change requires updates to WAS

InfrastructureThe policy for Daylight Savings Time will change in March 2007. Most versions of WAS will need to be updated to incorporate this change at the JDK level. You can find all of the fixes required here.

[Must read if you are still on WAS 3.5 (unsupported now) on non-IBM JDK platforms (i.e. Solaris and HP-UX), there is no fix available. You must either upgrade to newer WebSphere versions or to other platforms... fixes to Windows, AIX, Linux for WAS 3.5 is available even though they are out-of-service.]
