Hi
I am developing J2ee application on websphere 3.5.5 Application Server. For my Project i wanted to do build process automation using Ant. I did not use VAJ for this because the process was taking 2 hour for me to build the project. So when i am using Ant for build i am not able to create Deployable jar file for ejb. So i am creating EJBJAR file for EJB. For deploying the EJB in container , i need to keep all the dependant classes in dependant classpath of the node.
But my Production websphere contains two Application of the same code for different purpose.

So if i use the dependant classpath for EJB deployment then it will affect the other Application as the classes in dependant classpath is visible to all the Application in the node.

I have created different JAR files for Helper classes.

Is there any best practices for Deployment in websphere ??

Any pointer to my problem!!!

Thanks,
Subhendu
